Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! From time to time we do offer discounts, and special promotions. The best way to get access to these specials, is to follow up on social media, and sign up for our mailing list.

What Farmers Markets are you at?
We are at the Lane Field Park Market on Sundays from 10-4
It is located at 1009 N HARBOR DRIVE, SAN DIEGO, CA

Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes! Every item on our site includes free shipping within the US.
What is your Return Policy?
All merchandise purchsed from us via our online Artisan Gift Store or one of our San Diego Markets is returnable for a period of 30 days, and is subject to the merchandise being in its original, unworn state.
Refunds to be issued in form of original payment only.
If your merchandise breaks within the first 30 days, we ask that you reach out to us via live chat or firstname.lastname@example.org so we can get you a free replacement for the broken piece! If your purchase breaks beyond the initial 30 days, please reach out to us, we can provide replacement pieces for most of our merchandise.
What if my merchandise broke?

If your item was purchased more than 30 days ago, we are still happy to provide a replacement piece, but at a small cost plus shipping. We always want you to be able to wear your jewelry, and dont want a broken piece to cause you not to. *
*Some restrictions apply, only valid one per purchase if each item. Due to natural variances in wood grain and color, replacement wooden items may not be a precise match to your original set. If this occurs, and its significant to you, please let us know so we can make it right!
Do you ship your Container Gardens?
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship succulents and terrariums due to their delicate design. We have some ideas in mind for the future, so be sure to check back often, and follow us on Instagram @trailermadesd.
We do offer local delivery of Container Gardens wihtin the San Diego area. Please contact us to see if this is possible for your area.
Do you offer Planting Parties?
Yes! We do offer planting parties. These are events where we come to your venue, and provide both the supplies, and the instruction for you and your guests to make your own Container Garden. The parties are subject to availability, and may be seasonal. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested in having us at your next event.
Do you accept custom orders for gifts and gift packs?
Yes! We take custom orders for pretty much anything! We have a diversity of skills, and tools, and are happy to take your custom order! Please reach out to us to determine pricing and availability.
